The 7 Most Common Mistakes when Trying to Conceive

My husband and I have been fortunate because we have not had to go through the pains of infertility or the frustration of waiting long periods of time before conception.  However, we’ve seen plenty of our friends struggle through the pain and frustration of both and it breaks my heart.

Certainly, there are situations that are beyond our control when it comes to conception, whether it be biology, age, or medical conditions.  But, in certain circumstances infertility can be avoided when appropriate steps are taken, corrective measures are pursued, or the couple is properly educated.
